The organisation continues to strengthen women’s solidarity and leadership through targeted empowerment activities focused on peacebuilding, employment, and community engagement. A recent women’s leadership workshop brought together women from different backgrounds to share experiences, build networks, and develop leadership skills.

The workshop addressed topics such as women’s participation in decision-making, economic empowerment, and the role of women in peace and reconciliation processes. Participants were also introduced to income-generating opportunities and mentorship support.

By promoting women leadership and unity, the organisation is contributing to stronger, more inclusive communities where women actively shape social, economic, and peacebuilding initiatives.
